Civil Document Preparation
Civil paperwork, organized and done right
Through eBurst Advocate, our civil legal consultant division, we help self-represented individuals, small businesses and licensed attorneys prepare, organize and file civil documents.
Structure for your paperwork, deadlines and filings
Civil matters are often won or lost on paperwork: missed deadlines, filings that don’t meet court formatting rules and disorganized evidence can derail a valid claim. eBurst Advocate’s non-attorney legal consultants prepare and format your documents from the information you provide, help you locate and organize your docket, and e-file the documents you have reviewed and signed. Florida is our primary jurisdiction, and we serve clients in all 50 states remotely.

Frequently asked questions
Are you attorneys?
No. eBurst Advocate’s team are non-attorney legal consultants. We do not give legal advice or strategy and cannot represent you. When your matter needs a lawyer, we can help you find one through our attorney network.
Can you tell me which forms I need?
No. We can provide blank court forms and point you to official instructions, but we can’t select forms for you or tell you what to file.
What kinds of matters do you help with?
Civil matters only — for example landlord-tenant, debt collection, contractor and consumer disputes, small claims and family law forms. We do not assist with criminal matters.
Important — please read: eBurst Advocate is the civil legal consultant division of eBurst Services Inc. Neither eBurst Services Inc nor eBurst Advocate is a law firm, and our legal consultants are not attorneys. We do not give legal advice or legal strategy, cannot tell you how the law applies to your facts, cannot select forms for you, cannot negotiate with the other party on your behalf, and cannot represent you in court, at mediation or at a deposition. No attorney-client relationship is created. We work only on civil matters, and every document is prepared from the facts, decisions and instructions you provide. If you need legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney or contact The Florida Bar Lawyer Referral Service.
Every engagement starts with a signed written scope that restates our non-attorney role, including the nonlawyer disclosure required in Florida (Florida Family Law Form 12.900(a) where applicable).
