Frequently asked questions

Who performs the credit repair?

Credit repair is performed by our partner, T and T Tax Services Inc. eBurst Services Inc offers the service, handles your enrollment and communication, and provides credit-building guidance.

How long does it take?

Every report is different. Credit bureaus generally have 30 days to investigate a dispute, so most clients see responses within the first 1–2 months. Results can’t be guaranteed.

Can you remove accurate negative items?

No. Accurate, current and verifiable information can’t legally be removed. The focus is on items that appear inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unverifiable — and on building positive credit.

Can I do this myself?

Yes. You have the right to dispute items directly with the credit bureaus for free. The service saves you time and handles the paperwork and follow-up.
