2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your material has been wrongfully removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in Palm Beach County, Florida, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

3. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing material. We may also notify the alleged infringer of the complaint and provide an opportunity to respond.


4. No Waiver of Rights

The filing of a DMCA notice is not an acknowledgment of infringement or liability. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.
