Frequently asked questions
LLC or corporation — which is right for me?
It depends on your goals, ownership and plans to raise money. We explain the practical differences in your consultation. For tax or legal advice on your specific situation, we recommend speaking with a CPA or attorney.
Is getting an EIN free?
Yes. The IRS issues EINs free of charge. We’ll show you how to apply, or help you through the online application.
What happens after my company is formed?
Florida LLCs and corporations must file an annual report between January 1 and May 1 each year. A $400 late fee applies to reports filed after May 1, so we send reminders to our clients.
eBurst Services Inc is not a law firm or CPA firm and does not provide legal or tax advice. Formation services are document preparation and filing services based on the information you provide.
