- Clients are required to authenticate with their Alphanumeric PIN for phone access to our services.
- After 3 hours of inactivity or idle texting, you will be required to re-authenticate by re-entering your PIN to continue receiving or sending messages.
4. Responsibilities & Limitations
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phone number and PIN.
- We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by network carriers, device issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Standard messaging and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile service plan.
5. Opt-Out and Termination
- You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying with “STOP” or contacting us directly.
- Upon opting out, we will cease sending further messages, but some residual messages may still be delivered.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to text messaging services if we determine misuse or violation of this policy.
6. Legal Compliance
- We comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning electronic communications.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your phone number is valid and that you have consented to receive messages.
