Meeting Policy
1. Scope of Policy
This Meeting Policy (“Policy”) governs all scheduled consultations, service meetings, and appointments conducted by eBurst Services Inc. (“Company”).
Meetings may be conducted:
- In person, or
- Virtually via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet, as determined by the Company.
By scheduling, attending, or submitting payment for any meeting, the client (“Client”) agrees to be legally bound by the terms of this Policy.
2. Payment Terms (Mandatory Prepayment)
All meetings must be paid in full no later than the business day prior to the scheduled meeting date.
- Failure to remit payment by this deadline will result in immediate cancellation without notice.
- No meeting will be held, reserved, or honored without confirmed payment unless explicitly covered under a valid contract.
Meetings included within packages, retainers, or service plans are governed strictly by the applicable executed agreement and do not override this Policy unless expressly stated in writing.
3. Attendance & Late Policy
- Meetings may begin up to five (5) minutes early. Client agrees to be present and prepared prior to the scheduled start time.
- If the Client fails to join within fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled start time, the meeting shall be deemed abandoned and will be automatically cancelled.
No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be issued for abandoned meetings.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Meetings must be cancelled or rescheduled no later than one (1) business day prior to the scheduled meeting date.
- Failure to do so will result in a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Enforcement of Cancellation Fees
- The cancellation fee is immediately due and payable.
- The Client will be blocked from scheduling any future meetings until the balance is paid in full.

All waiver determinations are made solely at the Company’s discretion and shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
5. Recording & Documentation Consent
Client acknowledges and consents that:
- All meetings are recorded using AI-powered systems for transcription, documentation, quality assurance, and operational purposes.
- A copy of meeting notes will be delivered via email within one (1) hour following the conclusion of the meeting.
Client waives any claims related to recording, transcription accuracy, or use of such materials for internal business purposes.
6. Meeting Duration & Time Enforcement
All meetings will end promptly at the scheduled time, regardless of start delays caused by the Client.
- Additional time is not guaranteed and may require a new booking and additional fees.
- The Company is under no obligation to extend meeting duration.
7. Non-Disputable Fees & Chargeback Protection
By submitting payment, the Client expressly agrees that:
- All meeting fees, cancellation fees, and related charges are final, earned, and non-refundable.
- The Client waives the right to dispute, reverse, or chargeback any payment made for scheduled meetings or associated fees.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:
- The Company reserves the right to pursue immediate recovery, including but not limited to:
- Rebilling the Client
- Collection agency placement
- Legal action for recovery of funds, fees, and damages
- The Client shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including administrative fees, legal fees, court costs, and interest to the maximum extent permitted under Florida law.
8. Default & Suspension of Services
Failure to comply with this Policy, including non-payment of fees, will result in:
- Immediate suspension of scheduling privileges
- Possible suspension or termination of active services
- Acceleration of any outstanding balances due
9. Governing Law & Venue
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
- Venue for any disputes shall lie exclusively in the appropriate courts located within the State of Florida.
- Client agrees to personal jurisdiction in Florida for any enforcement action.
10. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By scheduling a meeting, attending a meeting, or submitting payment, the Client:
- Acknowledges they have read and understood this Policy
- Agrees to all terms without limitation
- Waives any conflicting terms not expressly agreed to in writing by the Company
