This portal will also hold your billing information, invoices, and all important documentation for your business.

Extended Hours

Our competitors on average are open between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday. We are open between the hours of 8:30am – 8pm Monday through Friday, with appointment availability 10am – 2pm on Saturdays. We also offer Emergency Services on Sundays for a fee of $200.

  1. STEP 1

    Registered Agent/Third Party Designee

    Starting out you will have to appoint the Consulting Firm with authorization to get the business foundations completed. With this authorization they will be registering your business on the Division of corporations, obtaining an EIN from the IRS and filing your business with the Department of Revenue. This process can take up to 3 months to fully complete depending on your state.
  2. STEP 2

    Build Your File

    We work differently than other Consulting firms. We require documents that other firms don't but we require them for the protection for you and your business. All clients are required to have an Operating Agreement (LLC)/ Bylaws (Corporations) and a Business Plan on file. We assist with getting these documents if needed.
  3. STEP 3

    6 month Consulting Retainer

    We aren't just here to push papers, we are here to provide advise. For 3 months we are your go to for any questions you may have. We will also guide you with any tough decisions that need to be made in getting the business started. The first 3 months of turning this idea into an action is important and we want to help you every step of the way.
  4. STEP 4

    Networking/Partnership Services

    Not only do we assist with getting your business paperwork properly filed, we work with you on getting you the technical services you need to get your business going. We partner with Telecom Group giving us access to a variety of different businesses. We also partner with 3rd party companies for your tax, payroll, and other business needs.
