    • If services are terminated by the client, a 30-day written notice is required.
    • Refunds for prepaid fees will be calculated on a pro-rated basis, deducting fees for services already rendered and any incurred expenses.

  • Workshops, Seminars, and Group Sessions:
    • If registration is canceled at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled event, we will issue a full refund.
