Cancellation Policy for Business Consulting Services

We value your time and ours, and we understand that occasionally circumstances require appointments or services to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure clarity and fairness, please carefully review our cancellation policy below.

1. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Advance Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the consulting session fee.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge (100%) of the scheduled service cost.

2. Appointments with No Charge

  • For appointments offered free of charge, cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will incur a default administrative charge of $50.

3. Project-Based or Ongoing Consulting Services

  • Written Notice: Clients wishing to cancel ongoing or project-based consulting services must provide at least 30 days’ written notice.
  • Fees for Services Rendered: Upon cancellation, the client will be billed for all services and expenses incurred through the effective termination date.
  • Refunds: Any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered will be refunded on a pro-rated basis, minus expenses and fees already incurred by the consultant.

4. Workshops, Seminars, and Group Sessions

  • Advance Cancellation: Registrations canceled at least 7 business days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: Registrations canceled less than 7 business days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-Show: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in no refund.

5. Exceptions and Emergencies

  • We understand emergencies and unforeseen events may happen. In such cases, please contact us promptly to discuss your situation. Exceptions to cancellation fees may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
